|  | After more than sixty different entries from twelve different countries the final three designs in the DP19 competition have been selected and can now be seen on www.yamaha-racing.com.
Many thanks to everyone for participating in the contest and for giving David and the team a wide range of creative choice! It was not any easy task for the panel of representatives from Yamaha, Monster Energy, Thor and AGV to make a shortlist but eventually a selection of 12 designs were voted upon and were also given a rating by the public to decide the final three.
The trio who will have 2 VIP passes each to the Grand Prix of Benelux at Lierop (the Netherlands) on September 4/5th are: Luca Bianco, Vivien Herenguel and Michele Valzelli.
The artwork can be seen on the website and after practice and qualification on Saturday 4th September the final winner will be announced and David Philippaerts will negotiate both motos of the fourteenth round of fifteen in the FIM MX-GP World Championship with his new race-wear. |
